The NJ Botanical Garden is a lovely, huge, family destination in Northern Bergen County. Two dedicated volunteers, Schuyler Jenks and Joe Stampf, were assigned by the Board to redevelop their aging website.
I thoroughly enjoyed our initial phone conversation; Joe is a programmer and willing to assist with the effort.
After a formal estimate was submitted to the board, Web Developers Studio was chosen as the web designer and developer!
From then on, Web Developers Studio was part of the team, and we got all the lingo!
- The collaboration was fruitful and organic ideas blossomed! There would be no mere grafting changes onto the current site, just pruning back some weeds. No, we hoed new ground using the latest tools and techniques.
- The ideas we sowed took root using WordPress, so it can grow with their needs.
- We use a pair of sophisticated plugins to allow events to be posted on the homepage on an attractive and dramatic slider.
I hope this lovely non-profit organization flourishes and thrives, and I swell with pride whenever I look at the website.
